Yecapixtla, Morelos — More than 30 vehicles were destroyed after a tow truck business in Yecapixtla, Morelos caught fire.
A fire registered at a company called Cuautla Cranes caught fire, leading to another 30-plus vehicles also catching on fire. Firefighters from Ayala, Yautepec, Cuautla and local Civil Protection and Atlatlahucán elements rushed to the business to extinguish the massive flames.
The State Coordination of Civil Protection Morelos reported that a call regarding the fire was received at 7:11 p.m. through emergency 911. Civil servants rushed to the scene, reporting more than 30 cars and trucks on fire by the time they arrived.
They said that when the fire is out and the final count complete, that figure could reach nearly 100.
